What are non-medical home care services?
Non-medical home care services, which may be provided by a home care services agency, include assistance with activities of daily living such as: walking, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, etc., light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparations, medication reminders and providing companionship. Non-medical home care services are provided by certified caregivers.
When are non-medical home care services available?
Non-medical home care services are available based on the individual’s plan of care.

Silent Voices provides a wide scope of services in order to meet the needs of each individual. We provide non-medical home care services (personal caregivers, CNAs, and companions). You can depend on Silent Voices to assign caregivers that are highly qualified / certified. All employees are insured and undergo thorough interviewing, testing, and screening prior to employment. Furthermore, our caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated to ensure that our high standards of care are being met at all times.
Will I be able to choose my own caregiver?
In order to provide you or your loved one with the best possible services, we believe you should be involved in many of the decisions that are made regarding your care plan. The information you provide us on the initial assessment form will be used to assist us in assigning a caregiver who can best meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with the caregiver assigned, we will work with you to assign a better match.
How much do your services cost?
The cost of services will depend on the scope of services needed (non-medical home care services); the number of hours needed; and the overall plan of care. We currently accept Medicaid Waiver, CHOICE/Title III, private pay, long term insurance, and Veterans Benefits.
