Silent Voices’ will ensure that caregivers who provide direct home care services to clients are trained, competent, and able to respond to the needs of the client in safe and effective manner.  

Caregivers will receive focused training, mentoring, and coaching to gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide personal care to our clients, who are wanting to maintain independent living in the comfort of their own home. 

Silent Voices offers a diverse training platform which includes an up-to-date on-line training curriculum, in-service training, and a competency evaluation. Upon successful completion of all training requirements, caregivers become certified.
